Catoctin Manor
Catoctin Manor, completed on October 30, 2007, is a new four (4) story building with 23 apartments located next to the Catoctin View apartments. These apartments are designated for senior citizens (individuals 62 and older) and near elderly-disabled persons. The Catoctin Manor consists of 20 one (1) bedroom and 3 two (2) bedroom apartments that contain an open floor plan, bathrooms with handles and easy access with handicap accessibility.
