Community Center Events
The Housing Authority of the City of Frederick (HACF) has four (4) community centers located throughout City of Frederick. All subsidized housing residents are welcome to come and support these events.

Sagner Community Center
The Sagner Community Center is open to all the HACF subsidized housing residents and offers activities for youth and families.
Imagine Me!
Come experience a support group that inspires others and helps find motivation to succeed in life. Join us the first Monday of each month for a night of inner peace and serenity. Guest speakers are invited to come and talk about their life struggles and how they found the inspiration, strength and wisdom to over come their trails. Everyone is welcome!
I AM SPECIAL!
Attention young girls ages 9 to 14! Learn how to be Smart, Strong and Beautiful through a spiritual-based program that meet every Thursday from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Lincoln Community Center
The Lincoln Community Center is open to all HACF public housing residents and offers activities for youth and families.
Tuesday with Sherrie!
Tuesday's with Sherrie Ames is a support group about celebrating the power of womanhood. Join us Tuesday mornings at 11:00 AM.
Carver Community Center
The Clara D. Harris Community Center is open to all HACF subsidized housing residents and offers activities for youth and families.
Church Service
Come join Shekinah Glory Ministries for Sunday church service from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All are welcome to attend.
Bernard W. Brown community Center
The Bernard W. Brown Community Center is open to all HACF subsidized housing residents and offers activities for youth and families.
Artists
The Bernard W. Brown Community Center features an art gallery for local artist to express their creativity. We feature artists working in all mediums -everything from books, ceramics, fine art originals, to folk art, photography,
sculpture, and wood.
We invite artists who are committed to their art, interested in gallery representation to contact Amber VanDeusen.
