Information Clerk II (Modernization Assistant)
Person in this position will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the efficient administration of the Physical Services Department. Person must be reliable, flexible and motivated to work independently. Must type correspondence from given information, records, reports, specifications, etc., establish & maintain files, screen & refer telephone calls, attend, record & type minutes from meetings, perform basic construction & other physical inspections, review payroll statements, perform wage rate interviews & other items relating to Labor Standards. Hours of employment 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Apply at the Housing Authority of the City of Frederick, 209 Madison Street, Frederick, MD 21701.
