Director of Finance (DOF)
The Housing Authority of the City of Frederick (HACF) has a full-time Director of Finance (DOF) position available. The DOF manages all activities of the HACF, and its entities, relating to finance, personnel, purchasing and materials.  Position will analyze accounting and financial problems that require interpretation of regulations, guidelines and compliance issues; prepares financial/accounting reports, statements and related documents; prepares local, state and Federal reports/taxes; coordinates and manages budgets; establishes and maintains accurate records; establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, public officials, agencies, the public and vendors.
