HACF Staff
HACF has five major departments. The Maintenance Department is responsible for all maintenance and modernization. The Finance Department is responsible for all administrative, accounting, and procurement functions. The Development Department is responsible for developing and managing all real estate, and community development projects and opportunities. The Housing Department is responsible for overall housing operations. The Family Services Department is responsible for providing programs, opportunities, and support services to residents.
