The HACF Economic Development Department plays an integral part in the housing continuum by creating and supporting affordable, high-quality, stable, sustainable, and service-enriched communities to bridge the gap between low-income and market-rate housing. We utilize Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, participate in public/private partnerships and strategic joint ventures, and constantly seek opportunities to provide meaningful and transformative supportive services to ensure the success of each community.
